По его данным, это случилось в 23:57 (19:57 мск) 10 февраля. Возгорания не возникло, но в помещении обрушилась часть кровли на площади в 100 кв. м и часть стены — на 50 кв. м.
Взрыв произошел в производственном здании Дзержинского района на улице Планетной, 30, корпус 12. В результате ЧП пострадал 30-летний сотрудник организации, арендовавшей здание.
