⚡️Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело по факту обстрела украинскими боевиками храма в Курской области.
Следствием установлено, что в середине ноября 2024 года украинские военизированные группы и участники наёмнических формирований с использованием артиллерийских систем, миномётов и реактивных систем залпового огня в селе Уланок Суджанского района Курской области произвели обстрел объекта культурного наследия «Ансамбль Церкви Рождества Христова».
В результате указанных преступных действий объект культурного наследия был поврежден и частично разрушен.
По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного пп. «а», «в» ч. 2 ст. 205, ч. 1 ст. 243 УК РФ.
В ходе предварительного следствия будут установлены и привлечены к предусмотренной законом ответственности все представители вооруженных формирований Украины, причастные к данным преступлениям.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
