Сегодня в хуторе Гавердовском отрылся новый Центр культурного развития «Ошад»!

Думаю, в День работника культуры это хороший подарок для местных жителей и творческих коллективов. Тем более, что они давно нуждались в данном объекте культуры.

Здание прежнего ДК находилось в аварийном состоянии и не подлежало восстановлению. Сейчас на его месте появился современный Центр культурного развития, который мы построили в рамках нацпроекта «Культура».
 
В большом двухэтажном здании площадью около 1,2 тыс. кв. метров есть всё необходимо для развития культурной среды. С учетом того, что Гавердовский входит в состав Майкопа, Центр стал новым домом как для хуторских, так и для ряда городских коллективов. Более того, сюда переехали все ансамбли творческого объединения «Ошад».
