Госдума приняла в I чтении закон, который фактически лишает иноагентов легального заработка в России.
Теперь попавшие в реестр Минюста граждане будут обязаны регистрировать специальный рублевый счет, куда будут перечисляться гонорары за использование их интеллектуальной деятельности или брендов. Доступ к своим деньгам они смогут получить только после снятие статуса иноагентов. При этом по решению суда средства смогут зачислить в государственный бюджет.
