С учетом срока проведенного под стражей размер штрафа сократили до 350 тысяч рублей. Осужденного пока не освободили.
У Захара Зарипова четвертая стадия рака. В условиях заключения ему не оказывали своевременную медицинскую помощь. После операции, которую долгое время откладывали, у него полностью парализовало правую часть лица и пострадала координация правой руки. Заключенный также начал терять зрение.
Медики ФСИН заявляли, что заболевание Зарипова может быть основанием для освобождения от отбывания наказания.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity.
