Согласно постановлению суда, москвичка, «находясь в вышеуказанном заведении, то есть в общественном месте, совершила плевок в плакат, на котором было размещено „Служба по контракту в ВС РФ“, привлекая внимание неограниченного круга лиц, а также средств массовой информации».
Оштрафованная признала факт плевка и объяснила свои действия тем, что находилась в состоянии сильного алкогольного опьянения и не отдавала отчет своим действиям.
