Самой основной проблемой южной столицы аналитики назвали экологию. Второй по значимости идёт работа ЖКХ, а тройку замыкают условия ведения бизнеса. Кроме того, наиболее весомыми направлениями, которые понизили город в рейтинге, стали уровень жизни населения и культура.
