В отношении вице-губернатора Тюменской области Сергея Сарычева может быть возбуждено уголовное дело. Его обвиняют в попытках насильственного захвата и удержания власти в Тюменской области, а так же действиях направленных на нарушение Конституционного строя РФ. Поводом для проверки является сообщении жителя области на имя Председателя СК Александра Бастрыкина, которое он передал лично в руки в СК РФ. В случае если доводы указанные в сообщении будут подтверждены, Сарычеву может грозить наказание по статье 278 УК РФ до 20 лет лишения свободы
