Банан разминаем вилкой или в блендере взбиваем с яйцом. Добавляем овсянку и корицу. Выкладываем в формочки. Туда можно ещё и жменю ягод кинуть. Выпекаем при 180 градусах 25-30 минут.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram.
