Поскольку поправки про реестр были внесены в закон депутатом Александром Хинштейном @Hinshtein, решил обратиться к нему – возможно, он поможет внести ясность в волнующие всех нас вопросы.

Направил ему эти вопросы через официальный бот для связи в Телеграм, скрины выше.

Будем надеяться и на публичный ответ, и на содействие в формирование здравой (а не абсурдной) практики Роскомнадзором.

Ну и в получении заблаговременных официальных разъяснений от ведомства.
