Узлипат Гасанова связалась с заместителем главы Кумторкалинского района, который был в курсе ситуации. В результате решено, что без обращения в суд не обойтись. Делом женщины займутся юристы.
Также на прием обратилась Хадижат Алмашева из Хасавюрта с просьбой оказать содействие в получении льгот, положенных инвалиду 2 группы, включая жилье и лекарства. Ее вопрос был направлен в Управление соцзащиты Хасавюрта.
Шерпиназ Гаджимурадова из села Чумли обратилась с просьбой помочь обеспечить жителей чистой водой, так как проблема с водопроводом существует в селе уже много лет.
