Вчера наш депутат Ярослав Самылин обратился к министру транспорта Роману Старовойту и предложил распространить льготы, положенные владельцам электромобилей, на так называемые гибриды — автомобили, которые совмещают бензиновый и электрический двигатели.
Доля гибридов среди экологичных автомобилей выше 44% — это почти каждый второй электромобиль в стране. Но их владельцам до сих пор недоступны бесплатные парковки и свободный проезд по платным трассам. Мы предлагаем исправить эту несправедливость.
Это не сильно ударит по бюджету, ведь сейчас гибриды составляют всего 2,7% от машин в стране. Но это отличный задел для улучшения экологии в крупных городах.
Перед правительством стоит задача довести долю электромобилей в стране до 15% к 2030 году. Чтобы этого добиться, условия для владельцев экологичного транспорта нужно создавать уже сейчас.
