СЕГОДНЯ я начинаю реабилитацию своего живота.
После беременности двойней кожа на животе не вернулась к первоначальному виду, как это было с девчонками.
Большая восстановительная работа уже проделана и продолжает идти (по восстановлению мышц пресса, тазового дна и спины). Впереди - эстетическая сторона вопроса.
Итак, этапы моей эстетической реабилитации:

2️⃣этап: морфеус
3️⃣этап: липомоделирование на аппарате Эксимия
4️⃣этап: морфеус
Между этапами будет проходить определенное время, но к лету я планирую уже завершить все этапы и показать окончательный результат.
