С 1 июля следующего года в среднем по стране коммунальные платежи увеличатся на 11,9%. При этом в Прикамье предельный индекс подорожания услуг ЖКХ установлен в размере 21,1%, что оказалось самым высоким значением среди всех субъектов РФ. Мало того, решением губернатора Дмитрия Махонина в отдельных муниципалитетах допускается отклонение от предельного значения еще на 4,2%.
Ранее Махонин выпустил постановление, согласно которому с 16 ноября взносы на капитальный ремонт в регионе выросли сразу на треть: вместо 10,71 рублей за квадратный метр пермяки теперь должны платить 14,44.
