Путин подписал закон о штрафах за пропаганду чайлдфри. Физических лиц за нарушение запрета будут штрафовать на сумму до 400 тыс. руб., должностных — до 800 тыс. руб. Максимальный штраф, 5 млн руб., грозит юрлицам. КК 🐀

В РКН пояснили, что именно будет считаться «пропагандой чайлдфри» и за что будут блокировать:

– Оправдание отказа от деторождения и утверждение его преимущества;
– Формирование искажённого образа беременности, материнства, отцовства и детства;
– Формирование положительного отношения к бездетности;

Эти критерии не будут применяться к информации, «связанной с монашеством, обетом безбрачия (целибатом) и отказом от деторождения на религиозной основе», — отметили в ведомстве
