1. Киноа замочить на 4 часа (можно на ночь), затем промыть. 2. Добавить в блендер киноа и кокосовое молоко, разбавленное водой. Если кокосовое молоко не жирное, то можно не разбавлять. 3. Измельчить до однородности на небольших оборотах блендера. 4. Перелить смесь в сотейник и поставить на небольшой огонь, чтобы не подгорало дно. 5. Постоянно помешивать, варить не более 10 минут. 6. Снять с огня, добавить корицу, размятый банан, урбеч по желанию . Посыпать сверху ядрами конопли, добавить ягоды.
