Но теперь наконец-то долетел до Варшавы и буду рад увидеть всех, кого Польша приютила после начала войны. Знаю, что здесь таких много, Польша помогла многим россиянам, и здесь сложилась отличная диаспора.
Буду рад лично познакомиться, поговорить о планах и обсудить всё, что волнует. До встречи!

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK.
