Жильцами 148 квартир в жилом комплексе «Уюн парк» станут работники сферы здравоохранения. Ключи новоселам вручил председатель правительства Сахалинской области Алексей Белик, сообщили в пресс-службе регионального правительства.
Проект строительства арендных квартир в Сахалинской области предполагает создание 1869 новых жилых единиц. Большая часть из них будет расположена в Южно-Сахалинске в составе ЖК «Уюн парк», также квартиры строятся в Корсакове, Долинске и селе Троицкое Анивского района. Ожидается, что основная часть объектов будет введена в эксплуатацию в 2025 году.
