28 февраля в Армении отмечается День памяти жертв геноцидальной политики Азербайджана и защиты прав насильственно изгнанных армян. Акция призвана сохранить память о трагедии, отстаивать права армянского народа и добиваться правды.
Собравшиеся держали плакаты с надписями: "Ввести санкции против Азербайджана сегодня — завтра будет слишком поздно", "Действовать нужно сегодня — завтра будет поздно", "Правительство Армении, ваше молчание — соучастие! Защитите своих соотечественников!" Участники акции также принесли плакаты с фотографиями многочисленных пленных.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
