«Conversation about Ukraine…»: graphic novel about our martyred comrade Dmitry Petrov
A novelist Mikkel Ørsted Sauzet wrote a graphic novel based on conversations between him and our martyred comrade, one of the founders of the BOAC (Combat Organisation of Anarcho-Communists) Dmitry Petrov. Correspondence between them continued between February and April 2023. During these months, Dima, together with several Anarchists' comrades, was a part of the 95th Air Assault Brigade and fought at the Svatove – Kreminna line during the «winter offensive» of Putin’s troops; later he worked with formation of a new Anarchist unit. 19 April, 2023 Dima became martyr on the assault near Bakhmut. The internationalists Finbar Cafferkey and Cooper Andrews martyred together with him.
The novel is very important and we will strongly recommend everyone to read it. Firstly, this is the voice of our martyred comrade. The memory of him will never die. Secondly, this is the voice of the anarchist and the revolutionary, the outstanding organizer of our movement. Dima tells what the tasks of the anarchists in this war are, how we will come to the revolutionary reorganization of society. With the eternal memory of Dima, we will continue to go his path.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
