Суд запретил строить полигон «Екатеринбург-Юг» – речь о свалке-экокластере под Сысертью, против которой местные активисты снова хотят голосовать на референдуме (первую их заявку отклонили).
Решение суда – исключить полигон из территориальной схемы, без которой построить ничего нельзя. Понятно, что это первая инстанция и решение наверняка оспорит проигравшее дело министерство энергетики и ЖКХ Свердловской области.
