Вспоминается статья энн свидлер про классовые/культурные инструменты (англ.). люди имитируют успех и престижное потребление как могут, по большинству из тех, кто рекламирует богатое мышление (лариса недавно обложку книги с таким названием фоткала, клянусь), видно, что пресловутого богатого мышления они не имеют, те же пацанки носят паль и не разбираются в люксовых брендах (лариса недавно купила сумку молодежной линии версаче, так прям вся вымерла от этого факта, и еще такая мол я и не знала, что сумки версаче такие недорогие -- ну конечно, лариса, это молодежная линия, считай, масс-маркет)
