Участок был арестован по иску украинской государственной энергетической компании "Нафтогаз". Она судится с РФ с 2016 года из-за национализации ее активов в Крыму российским государством после аннексии полуострова. В 2003 году арбитражный суд в Гааге обязал Россию выплатить украинской компании 5 млрд долларов. Россия отказывается это делать.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
