Регионы смогут получать субсидии на единовременные компенсационные выплаты работникам культуры, переехавшим на работу в сельские территории или города с населением до 50 тыс.человек.
По 2 млн рублей получат такие работники Дальнего Востока, ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожской и Херсонской областей, и по 1 млн рублей специалисты в других регионах.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
