Нельзя не согласится с Главным исполнительным директором «Роснефти» - санкции действительно разрушают глобальный рынок, а точнее - фрагментируют его на две части: санкционный и несанкционный. Вопрос только в том куда двигаться дальше - возвращаться в тот самый «глобальный» с долларом США или продолжать самостоятельно формировать новый рынок без искусственных барьеров и на равноправных условиях для всех участников.
