🔹️چه عواملی می‌تواند باعث حمله‌ی آسم شود؟ - عفونت‌های ویروسی - شوینده‌ها و سفیدکننده‌ها مانند وایتکس - آلودگی هوا - آلرژن‌ها شامل گرده‌های گیاهی، ذرات ناشی از حیوانات، گرد و غبار منزل، سوسک حمام، کپک - مواد نگهدارنده در غذاهای آماده و بعضی از رنگ‌های خوراکی (پفک) - ورزش، خصوصاً در هوای سرد و خشک (اسکی) - استرس - بعضی از داروها مثل آسپیرین و ایبوپروفن (و بعضی از داروهای فشار خون مثل آتنولول) ----- ✔ تزریق سالانه‌ی واکسن آنفلوآنزا (آخر شهریور یا اول مهر) در بیماران مبتلا به آسم ضروری است.

In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
