The Great Plains Active Club was formed to combat the difficulties presented in the area at the time, primarily organizing in any one of the States we came to encompass.
We have since overcome that challenge effectively.
To accommodate continued growth and scaling as efficiently as we have so far, for the safety of our membership, and for continued structural integrity we have broken up and launched a Club for each of our States: Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa
If you apply for GPAC we will forward you onto the respective State Club, GPAC will exist into the future as a promotional entity for these Clubs.

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
