Кредиты в новых регионах в рамках этой программы выдаются до конца 2025 года: ✔️по ставке до 10%, ✔️сроком до трех лет, ✔️максимальный размер займа – 50 млн рублей.
Для предпринимателей новых регионов действуют и другие программы поддержки. В том числе запущены центры «Мой бизнес», бизнесмены могут обратиться за помощью в региональные гарантийные организации.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
