Компания «Океан девелопмент» стала владельцем участка 1,1 га на Московском проспекте, 115 в районе метро "Московские ворота".
На этой территории девелопер планирует возвести апарт-комплекс «Моско», который будет соответствовать уровню «четыре звезды» и вмещать 340 номеров. Кроме того, проект включает реконструкцию исторического здания слесарной мастерской завода «Продвагон», площадью 7,4 тысячи квадратных метров, под торгово-офисное пространство. Инвестиции в проект составят 5 миллиардов рублей, а завершить работы намечено в 2027 году.
