Почему-то распространяется этот северокорейский текст руками оппозиции, но вместо пиара Зайцева и мариэльской "стабильности" у распространителей выходит обратное - намёки на конфликты в верхах региона. Из-за кидалова "системной оппозиции" на выборах стабильности внутри региональной элите больше нет , и северокорейским елеем это обстоятельство не скроешь. Ставлю на то, что старые конфликты продолжатся, и возникнут новые!
Летом в Администрации хвастались сильным обновлением состава депутатов. Где это? В новом ГосСобрании маркеловские на верхушке, среди министров евстифеевские и приезжие. Других спрятанных возле денег приезжих ловят силовики.
