Кредитные средства банка будут направлены на улучшение железнодорожного сообщения в Восточной Турции, на участке Дивриги-Карс, являющегося частью Транскаспийского международного транспортного маршрута (ТМТМ, Средний коридор).
После завершения проекта пропускная способность железнодорожных грузоперевозок увеличится примерно с 750 тыс. тонн до 20 млн тонн в год, что устранит основное узкое место на ТМТМ.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
