Административные ограничения по выдаче потребительских кредитов, которые абсолютно правильно установил ЦБ (но с запозданием на год-полтора), приводят к снижению выдачи займов – оно наблюдается уже третий месяц. Однако спрос на них сохраняется существенный, поскольку граждане давно привыкли переплачивать по высоким ставкам.
А переплачивать приходится серьезно. В Объединенном кредитном бюро (ОКБ) сообщили, что за 2,5 года (в среднем граждане берут кредиты на такой срок) придется переплатить более 60% от изначальной суммы займа. Т.е. в итоге кредитору приходится оплачивать 160% от суммы.
Однако психологического барьера на ставку кредитов у населения давно нет. В России уже стало привычно видеть, как маркетинговые предложения маскируют большую итоговую переплату. Ранее ставки по кредитам также были высоки, однако это не останавливало население.
Вывод здесь простой: Граждане, не берите кредиты на всякую чушь.

Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
