Например, ты получишь мою долю в ООО, если выплатишь моей семье в течение года после моей смерти 300 млн. руб. И целостность бизнеса сохранили. И семью обеспечили. Классно? Да. 🪄Минус только один. В силу закона наследодатель в любой момент может оформить завещание на это имущество и даже распоряжаться им💣. И договор уже не сработает.
