امیدواریم قضاوتی که الان درباره چهار سال گذشته (دولت بایدن) وجود دارد، چهار سال آینده واقعا (در مورد دولت جدید آمریکا) وجود نداشته باشد و رویکردها و سیاست‌های دولت آمریکا واقع‌گرایانه و مبتنی بر حقوق بین‌الملل و احترام به منافع و خواسته‌های ملت‌های منطقه از جمله ملت ایران باشد. این فکر می کنم موضع روشنی است که ما در فرصت‌های مختلف بیان کردیم و این یک موضع ثابت است. @MFAIran

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
