Да хватит носиться с этим фриком Пашаевым. У него скорее всего был не военный контракт, а добровольческий, по 67 приказу МО РФ. Который расторгнут может быть в любой момент любой из сторон. И это сейчас бич армии. Вот такие вот подобные ему идут не служить, а отсиживаться и прикрываться потом статусом участника. Госдума уже год не может решить вопрос с процессуальным статусом добровольцев в случае совершения ими преступлений и правонарушений. Хотя, когда надо, законы быстро очень принимаются. Так что если у него контракт добровольца, то он будет проходить по гражданским следственным органам.
