На публичной странице Алекса всего 9 публикаций, на которых изображен он сам и виды природы. С неё парень был подписан на Герберта Кикля — лидера Австрийской партии свободы.

Под его закрепленной фотографией больше тысячи соболезнований, а посты, посвященные его убийству, собирают тысячи лайков. Текст одной из самых популярных публикаций гласит:

"Он был одним из нас, но у него так и не было возможности проголосовать. Миграционная политика противников Кикля привела к его гибели".

Алекс был жестоко убит сирийским мигрантом прямо на улице города Филлах. Преступник смог ранить еще четверых людей.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
