Уголовное дело на самарского юриста Вячеслава Бунакова возбудили из-за постов в VK о гибели людей в Краматорске, Северодонецке и Лисичанске летом 2022 года. По версии обвинения содержание постов противоречило официальной позиции Минобороны.
В мае этого года Красноярский районный суд Самарской области приговорил Бунакова к десяти месяцам исправительных работ с удержанием 20 процентов от зарплаты в доход государства по ч.1 ст.207.3 УК.
Бунаков не признал вину и обжаловал приговор.
Сегодня в Самарском областном суде состоялось рассмотрение апелляционной жалобы защиты.
