Основная часть работ уже позади. Обелиск полностью обновлен, построены новые подпорные стенки, заменены разрушившиеся элементы. Обновление затронуло систему электроснабжения и водопровод. Сейчас рабочие ремонтируют ступени, облицовку надгробия и систему газоснабжения.
Параллельно продолжается благоустройство прилегающей территории. Уже уложена плитка, с наступлением тепла специалисты приступят к озеленению территории, установке урн и лавочек. Сейчас готовность объекта составляет уже 80%.
