По данным «ПиГ» обыски прошли в доме Шимановича в Трехгорном, где он постоянно проживает, а также у его дочери в Санкт-Петербурге. Еще до возбуждения уголовного дела Шиманович собирался уйти в отставку по состоянию здоровья, но сделать этого не успел.
