Погибший прибыл на место происшествия после сообщения о том, что в подъезде находится неадекватный мужчина с ножом. Нарушитель находился в своей квартире. Он выстрелил три раза через дверь и ранил Тутынина. Ответным огнем напарника преступник был ликвидирован.
Возбуждено уголовное дело о посягательстве на жизнь сотрудника полиции.
