Einfach alle Zutaten in einen Mixer geben und solange pürieren, bis eine sämige Masse entsteht. Am besten schmeckt der gesunde Aufstrich gekühlt.
Ihr könnt hier alle Kräuter, je nach Jahreszeit, verwenden. Auch Gemüsereste wie Blumenkohl, Brokkoli ... könnt ihr so weiter verwenden.
