1️⃣ In einer Schüssel Wasser, Milch, Zucker und Hefe verrühren. Joghurt, Mehl und eine ½ TL Salz dazugeben, Teig einmal durchkneten, dann abgedeckt 2-3h an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. 2️⃣ Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, Knoblauch gepresst dazu (wer noch mehr Gewürze drin haben möchte, packt die hier mit dazu). 3️⃣ Teig in 6 Stücke aufteilen, kleine Kugeln formen, diese Platt drücken und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl anbraten. Mit der Knoblauchbutter bestreichen, wenden, in einem Küchentuch warmhalten, fertig!
