Арбитражный суд Мурманской области отложил до 29 мая 2024 года рассмотрение искаНиколая Кагиняна и Максима Комаринского к АО «Северный альянс» о взыскании ₽878,32 млн, обратили внимание эксперты ТГ-канала РЫБФРОНТ.
«Ответчику представить в материалы дела и в адрес истца отчёт об оценки №2122/1 от 10.02.2023 по определению рыночной стоимости обыкновенной акции ПАО «МТФ» по состоянию на 30.09.2022 года», – говорится в протоколе суда от 2 апреля 2024 года.
АО «Северный Альянс» управляется ООО «Управляющая компания Норебо» и является единственным участником, которому принадлежат все голосующие акции ПАО «Мурманский траловый флот». Бенефициарным владельцем АО «Северный альянс» и ПАО «МТФ» является Виталий Орлов (владелец «Норебо» – единственный российский рыбодобывающий холдинг в списке Forbes «200 крупнейших частных компаний России»). @Ribfront
