Экологический ущерб от нарушения оценен в 20,6 млн рублей. После отказа МБУ «Кировский ДЭУ» возместить вред добровольно мы обратились в суд.
Суд поддержал позицию Росприроднадзора и обязал организацию оплатить сумму в полном объеме.
