Сотрудники СК осмотрели места военных преступлений, установили причастность к ним боевиков из 92-й отдельной штурмовой бригады ВСУ, а также допросили одного из них — Евгения Фабрисенко.
Фабрисенко вместе с боевиками с позывными "Мотыль", "Проводник" и "Художник" по приказу боевика с позывным "Кум" убили в Русском Поречном 14 человек — 11 мужчин и троих женщин.
Также боевики ВСУ изнасиловали и совершали насильственные действия сексуального характера в отношении восьмерых женщин, которых затем убили. После этого соучастники перенесли тела 22 жертв в подвалы частных домов села. @rtrdonetsk

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
