پس از ماه‌ها تلاش شورای صنفی و رفاهی جهت متقاعد کردن مسئولین دانشگاه مبنی بر لزوم وجود قاشق و چنگال در سلف‌های خوابگاه، در نهایت مسئولین با شرط تعهد شورای صنفی مبنی بر تحویل مجدد قاشق و چنگال‌های تهیه شده به دانشگاه در پایان ترم جاری، تعداد ۸۰۰ عدد قاشق و چنگال را به خوابگاه داخل پسران و ۶۰۰ عدد قاشق و چنگال را به خوابگاه دختران تحویل دادند.
گرچه عملکرد دانشگاه در اخذ تعهد از شورای صنفی کاری غیرقانونی و غیرمنطقی‌ست، اما شورای صنفی بنابر خواست شما عزیزان و جهت تسریع خرید قاشق و چنگال شرط فوق را پذیرفته است. لذا خواهشمندیم در هیچ حالتی قاشق و چنگال‌ها را از سلف خارج نفرمایید. پیرو آنچه بیان شد، در صورت کاهش تعداد قاشق و چنگال‌های سلف تامین خسارت مالی آن بر دوش اعضای شورای صنفی خواهد بود.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
