По словам Медведева, передача такого оружия будет приравниваться к нападению на РФ.
«Фактическая передача такого оружия может быть приравнена к свершившемуся акту нападения на нашу страну в смысле п. 19 Основ госполитики в области ядерного сдерживания. Последствия очевидны», – написал Медведев.
