Хорошая новость - в ГосДуму рядом депутатов внесен законопроект об урегулировании очередности налогов при банкротстве. По сути законопроект закрепляет те подходы, которые заняли КС и ВС: поимущественные налоги текущие, налог на прибыль и восстановленный НДС - 3 очередь реестра, из выручки от продажи предмета залога платятся только поимущественные налоги, но если их сумма свыше 3/4 выручки, суд может уменьшить их долю в интересах залогового кредитора. Закрепление этого с трудом достигнутого в практике компромисса, наверное, уже хорошо.
