В конце сессии парламента случился скандал, так как председатель Счетной комиссии Григорьев так и не смог внятно пояснить, почему в урне для голосования оказалось не 57, а 59 бюллетеней, учитывая, что депутаты Иванов и Заморщикова не голосовали.
К Григорьеву на помощь пришёл депутат Федоров, который назвал новолюдов провокаторами, вспомнил «чертову матерь» и потребовал к этой теме больше не возвращаться.
А осадочек то остался, даже в парламенте и то с депутатскими бюллетенями мухлюют…

Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
