В этом году принять участие в конкурсе могут региональные СМИ, ведущие свою деятельность на территориях ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожской и Херсонской областей.

Для участия в конкурсе принимаются работы, впервые опубликованные (вышедшие в эфир) в СМИ на территории новых субъектов с 1 октября 2023 года по 30 сентября 2024 года.

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
